Hi, I’m Odette and my mission is to support you in recognizing and remembering your gifts, your desires and your creativity. I hope to guide you back to your Center through astrology and embodiment so that you feel empowered to live and create your precious life with wonder, love and connection.

I am interested in weaving the celestial with the terrestrial and connecting bodies to the lush, abundant, ever-giving body of this earth as a grounding portal into the magic of existence.

I was born in Mexico City, or as my ancestors knew it - the belly button of the moon. I come from a family of strong, intuitive women who are relentless in expressing their creativity, healing and being in contact with the divine.

True to my Capricorn + Aquarius stelliums, I was exposed to hardship at a young age so I am no stranger to the intensity of trauma - personal, familial, and social. These challenging moments in my life have initiated me into seeking something more meaningful and true beyond heteronormative, capitalistic, hierarchical nightmare we’ve all been forced to adopt as “reality”.

I’ve dedicated the last eight years to my astrological practice, learning from classes, workshops and many many books. Some of my teachers are: Diana Harper Rose, Demetra George, Sabrina Monarch, Jessica Lanyadoo, Chris Brennan, Michael J. Morris, Jason Holley, Ari Felix, Karla Palomino, and Chani Nicholas.

I’m interested in how we can all collaborate and dream together to create a world that is non-hierarchical and actually empowers people to embody their truth and creativity in the world. I am passionate about healing the individual as a means of healing the collective.

  • Most readings take place online via Zoom, please make sure to have an account set up before our session. If you are in the New Haven, CT area and you would like to have our session in person, please email me at: odetteblooms@gmail.com

  • Because I take time to prepare for our readings ahead of our session, I do not offer refunds. However, if you reach out to me 24 hours in advance of our meeting, I am happy to reschedule for a later date.   • Yes, I have set aside a spots each month for folks who would like to work with me and need a sliding scale. I am also open to doing exchanges of all sorts. Keep in mind that I will prioritize BIPOC & LGBTQ+ folks. Please reach out at: odetteblooms@gmail.com

  • Simply put, no. I don’t practice predictive astrology (aka telling you what’s going to happen in the future). While we might talk about some upcoming transits and their potential, I believe there is always an element of free will and you have a big role to play in manifesting your destiny. If you are seeking someone to tell you the future, I am not your gal.

  • I am currently using whole sign however I will take a peek at Placidus just to get a sense of the differences and similarities.

  • I use the tropical zodiac.
